Dragon Dice was
originally conceived with the idea that it might break out as a mass-market
product … much like Magic cards had done. Unfortunately, the original
packaging was anything but mass-market. This box cover was an attempt
to re-launch the product line in the right direction. Was also nice to
paint a cover for this line in which more than 25% of the illustration
showed on the box cover.
