I like maps that have water in them. In fact, out of all the maps I created for both Quake III: Arena and Team Arena, only one (Deva Station) has no swim able water. This map was designed to have a lot of water in it-from the huge central lake to the “fjords” and ponds that flank the defender’s home base areas. A player can swim from one end of this vast map to the other … though; I can’t say I’d advise that as a play strategy.
